Our original cart squats on the southwest corner of Arapahoe and 16th Streets, just across the street from the big clock tower on the 16th Street Mall. We show up Monday through Friday at about 10 a.m. to get things fired up. It takes around half an hour to get our dogs in a row and that first pan of onions sizzling. On most days, we can get a dog in your mouth by 10:30 or 10:45. We are usually there until at least 3 p.m. If you’re hanging out, we’re hanging out!
You’ll find our second cart at Auraria Campus on the Tivoli Commons. We’re there Monday through Friday feeding hungry students that brain food we could all use!
Our third cart is on Buckley Air Force Base near the Base Exchange. Serving those interesting dogs to our friends in the Service! Pretty much the same hours as on the mall.
Speaking of winter (as we like to do around here), if Denver’s fine meteorologists predict that temps aren’t going to break the 30-degree mark that day…we’re probably not coming out. We don’t usually feel like hanging out in the cold all by ourselves.
We have two more carts roaming the streets. So don’t be surprised if you see us at the Anschultz Medical Center, the South Pearl Street Farmer’s Market, or at an office complex near you. We’ve also been known to show up in Dish Networks back yard, and on Google’s door step.
